Once your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Most orders arrive within 9–10 days of being placed. We know waiting isn’t easy — thank you for your patience while we get your comfort essential to you.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey every step of the way. You can also track your order here at any time.

Please note that tracking can take 1–2 business days to become active with the carrier. If your tracking number shows no movement right away, this is completely normal.

Customs & Duties

Shipping is free, but orders delivered outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong Address?
