Refund & Return Policy
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or contains the wrong item, you may request a return and refund under the conditions below.
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
To request a return or refund, please email us at playpodcosupport@gmail.com and provide:
âś” Your order number
âś” A description of the issue
âś” Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or wrong item
Return and refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
Once we review and approve your request, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Please do not send the item back before receiving return instructions from us.
If the return is approved, you may receive a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
A 20% cancellation fee will apply to all approved cancelled orders. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation and give us the best chance of cancelling the order before it ships.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
